These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jpeso8 ("jpeso8," "we," "us," or "the Platform"). These Terms govern your use of all products, features, services, and content made available through the jpeso8 website at https://jpeso8.app and any associated mobile applications or platforms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. jpeso8 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain appropriate credential security.

jpeso8 will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from jpeso8 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at [email protected].

Account registration is subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification procedures mandated under PAGCOR regulations. jpeso8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at any time.

All financial transactions on jpeso8 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). jpeso8 does not accept transactions in foreign currencies. Supported deposit and withdrawal channels are as follows:

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published in the jpeso8 cashier section and may be updated from time to time. jpeso8 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges for which jpeso8 accepts no responsibility.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jpeso8 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software tools, or any form of artificial intelligence to influence game outcomes or exploit the platform.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jpeso8 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. • Any changes to applicable laws or PAGCOR regulations that affect the availability of the jpeso8 platform or specific game types.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jpeso8's liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

jpeso8's total liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arises, unless a higher amount is required by mandatory applicable law.

You may close your jpeso8 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements not yet met) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

jpeso8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable game rules or promotional terms.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC or AML verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Discovery that the account was registered by or on behalf of an ineligible person, including a minor.
• Reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a self-exclusion notification from PAGCOR or another recognized gaming authority.
• Account inactivity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Inactive account fees may apply as specified in our fee schedule.

Where an account is closed by jpeso8 due to a breach of these Terms, jpeso8 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings. Where a balance is forfeited following a confirmed breach, the player will be notified in writing of the decision and the reasons for it.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with jpeso8 through our internal dispute resolution process:

1. Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected], providing full details of the dispute and the resolution you are seeking.
2. jpeso8 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.
3. If you are not satisfied with jpeso8's response, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR's Player Assistance and Compliance division for independent review.

jpeso8's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes, where based on review of server-side game logs, shall be considered final and binding, subject only to escalation to PAGCOR as described above.

jpeso8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email to the address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the jpeso8 platform for a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, and updates required by changes in applicable law or PAGCOR regulations — may be made without prior notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the jpeso8 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
